Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Purchase Executive to join our team in Greater Noida (Kasna Site 5). The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in the electrical industry, with a strong understanding of sourcing, vendor management, and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials from both local and international suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required.
• Maintain and review records of items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance, and inventories.
• Coordinate with the internal departments (Accounts, Store, Production, etc.) to ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand to avoid supply shortages.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply-related issues or delays.
• Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and identify new vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and market suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Electrical/Engineering/Commerce or relevant field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the electrical industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with procurement laws and regulations is desirable.
