We’re seeking a proactive Purchase Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure electronic components, sensors, PCBs, enclosures, and mechanical parts for R&D and small-batch production.
  • Collaborate with engineers to understand component specifications and availability.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing with local and global suppliers (Mouser, Digikey, Element14, etc.).
  • Track BOMs, lead times, and deliveries to ensure zero downtime for R&D.
  • Identify alternate parts and suppliers for obsolete components or those with long lead times.
  • Maintain organized purchase records, invoices, and inventory data.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing shifts, and emerging component technologies.


Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in purchasing for electronics manufacturing or R&D.
  • Proficiency in procurement processes, BOM management, and PCB assemblies.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Experience with MS Excel/Google Sheets and ERP/procurement tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Supply Chain.
