Job Description

managing procurement processes for welding wires. Ensure timely delivery of products.
The Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers. Analyse market trends and negotiate prices.

Familiarity with procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation.
Understanding of the welding industry, including types of wires, applications, and market trends. Effective communication with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and team members.

Ability to analyse market trends, prices, and supplier performance. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines.

Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors to ensure reliability and address any issues or complaints promptly
Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and prepare regular reports (e.g., monthly MIS reports) on key metrics such as on-time delivery, cost, and quality.
Request quotes, compare prices, and negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers
Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs), Track incoming inventory and ensure timely delivery
Ability to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers. Ability to resolve issues with suppliers, shipments, or inventory management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, operations, and logistics.
