Responsibilities:

• Regular inspection and testing of Fire Fighting system and Fire Detection System and oversee the maintenance of the systems.
• Maintaining records of AMC, inspection and testing of Fire Fighting system and Fire Detection System.
• Monitor the work performed by Fire Fighting and Fire Detection AMC team. o Responsibility of Leading a Fire Team.
• Responsibility of Incident Commander and First Responder in Emergency Response Team. (Fire Calls, LPG Leak Calls, Medical Emergency, Elevator Rescue, Water Leakage, Fall of Material and other Emergencies)
• Carryout inspection and preparing Incident reports for all the incidents on the site.
• Conducting Safety Orientation for Resident and Safety Induction for workers.
• Conducting training for all the teams (Security, Technical, House Keeping, Receptionist, Lift Operator) on site to establish Fire Safe Environment.
• Daily inspection of site to check and highlight Fire Hazards, Unsafe acts and Conditions.
• Conducting Fire Emergency Evacuation Drill and evaluate the Evacuation Procedures.
• Prepare Fire and Safety sops for the Site.
• Issuing permits to the vendors.
• Conducting Fire and Safety Fit out Meeting with architecture, residents .

Qualifications:

• Sub-officer and Fire Prevention Officer Course from Maharashtra Fire Services Academy or Equivalent
• A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience
