Job Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day purchase activities related to raw materials, consumables, and other printing & packaging items.
Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for quotations, order placement, and material follow-ups.
Compare rates, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain and update purchase records, supplier databases, and stock registers.
Work closely with production, store, and accounts departments for material requirements and approvals.
Track purchase orders, delivery status, and ensure quality and quantity compliance.
Assist in developing and maintaining good relationships with existing and new vendors.
Prepare purchase reports and assist in inventory control.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of printing materials, packaging items, inks, plates, and consumables.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Excel and basic ERP knowledge preferred.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Detail-oriented and organized in documentation work.

Education Qualification:

Minimum Graduate (Commerce/Science background preferred).
