Position: Purchase Executive – Agri Input Location: Pune Salary Range: ₹4.2 LPA – ₹4.8 LPA Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive – Agri Input to manage procurement operations and support our sustainable agricultural initiatives. This role involves overseeing purchase orders, requisitions, and vendor coordination to ensure a consistent supply of quality agricultural inputs. The ideal candidate will contribute to efficient procurement processes and maintain strong supplier relationships to uphold our commitment to eco-friendly and productive farming solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end purchase operations including generating purchase orders and handling requisitions. Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and vendor communications. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely availability of agricultural inputs. Support inventory management and monitor stock levels for timely reordering. Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and sustainable sourcing practices. Assist in vendor evaluation and performance reviews. Stay updated on market trends and pricing for Agri inputs. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in Purchase Management, Procurement, and Vendor Coordination . Strong understanding of Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Inventory Management processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing purchase documentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Knowledge of agricultural inputs and sustainable farming practices will be an added advantage. Show more Show less
