Job Description

As a Purchase Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for the following: - Identifying, evaluating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services as per project needs. - Preparing and floating inquiries, comparing quotations, and negotiating with vendors for best terms. - Ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules. - Maintaining vendor database and evaluating supplier performance. - Coordinating with site, planning, and accounts teams for material requirements and approvals. - Preparing purchase orders and ensuring compliance with company and contractual policies. - Monitoring inventory levels, logistics, and material reconciliation. - Supporting cost control, budget tracking, and report preparation for management. Qualifications required for this role: - Experience as a Purchase Engineer for at least 1 year is preferred. The job type for this position is Full-time and Permanent, with the work location being in Sangli, Maharashtra. Additionally, the willingness to travel 100% is required. Please note that the company provides food as a benefit.
