The role involves assisting skilled workers and technicians in daily activities related to shipbuilding, with tasks including material handling, equipment support, cleaning, and general labor work. Candidates with prior experience in marine HVAC ducting installation or fabrication will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Assist fitters, fabricators, welders, and technicians in daily activities. Carry tools, materials, and equipment to work locations as directed. Perform cleaning of work areas, equipment, and tools. Hold, position, and align parts during assembly or fabrication. Support in lifting, holding, and securing materials and structures. Follow safety instructions and use personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist in the installation of HVAC ducting, if experienced. Carry out tasks as per instructions from the supervisor or skilled tradesman. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 8th pass or equivalent. Physically fit and capable of working in shipyard environments. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team. Willing to work in shifts and overtime, as required.
