Purchase Engineer
Good analysis skills with better understanding of requirements.
Purchase and Procurement of Material.
Entire Knowledge of Procurement process & Supply chain Mgmt.
Processing of Material Indents, Co-ordination with site team, BOQ/ Enquiries floating
to suppliers, Taking Quotations from suppliers, Negotiation and Material follow-ups.
Follow up with all Suppliers for delivery dates, Per forma Invoice (in Cash of Advance
or COD).
Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas
vendors.
Researching Potential Vendors.
Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Review quality of purchased products.
Enter order details (e.g., Vendors, Quantities, Prices) into internal databases.
Maintain update records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Follow-up with vendor for timely delivery of goods
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have 3–8-year experience in Purchase Dept. for procurement, bought out MEP like
pumps, motors, Air Compressor, Air Blowers and Vacuum pumps, pipes, vessel Pressure
Electrical & Instrumentation Items etc.
Education: A degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E) or a Diploma in Mechanical
Engineering is required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
