At NeatNature Solar Solutions, we specialize in delivering reliable and sustainable solar energy systems. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated Purchase Assistant to support our procurement activities and help ensure timely availability of quality materials for our projects.

Job Summary:

The Purchase Assistant will assist the procurement team by sourcing materials, managing vendor communications, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to meet project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and evaluate quotations from multiple vendors based on price, quality, and delivery terms
• Assist in purchasing solar components including panels, inverters, cables, structures, junction boxes, etc.
• Maintain and organize all procurement documents: purchase orders, invoices, challans, warranty certificates, etc.
• Communicate with suppliers for order placements, dispatch tracking, and timely deliveries
• Maintain and update the supplier database – including approved and potential vendors
• Track and follow up on purchase order (PO) statuses to ensure on-time material delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse/store team to monitor inventory levels and material usage
• Keep digital and physical records of all purchase transactions and documentation
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to anticipate and meet upcoming material needs

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any stream
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a procurement or purchase-related role (preferably in solar or electrical industry)
• Basic knowledge of solar materials and components is a plus
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and digital record keeping
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
