Full job description

1. SAP Material Management Module

1.a. Monitor Daily PR, PO, GRPO, AP INVOICE.

1.b. Coordination with Factory Store Dept for urgent requirements and fulfill the same

2. SAP Item Master & Fixed Asset Management for Purchased and Manufactured Items

2.a. Create and maintain Groupwise Item Master

2.b. Monitor item ROL / MOQ

2.c. Maintain Purchase Items HSN List

3. SAP Business Partner (Vendor) Management

3.a. Vendor payment approval to accounts department

3.b. Vendor Internal & External Reconciliation

3.c. New Vendor Identification, negotiation and onboarding

4. Maintain Material Annual Contracts (MOU) with RIL / OPAL / IOCL etc.

4.a. Maintain Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Lifting and Discount Sheets

4.b. Maintain PP / PE Raw Material Price Lists and Price Movement

5. Material Management MIS

5.a. Daily Monthly reports of open GRPO, open purchase order, open AP invoice

5.b. Monitor and Cross Check Daily Goods Issue

5.c. Monthly Stores-Spares & Consumables consumption report.

6. Arrange inward material transportation & maintain company vehicle records.

7. Travel to Works (Factory) for monthly stock audit

8. Monitor State & Central Pollution Control Board Certification

9. Monitor and maintain Group Insurance Policies (Fire, Transit, Vehicle etc.)

10. Travel for vendor development, urgent procurement or as necessary to discharge duty.

11. Any other responsibility as delegated from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
