Experience Required: 1–2 years (preferably in manufacturing or solar industry)
· Assist in procurement of raw materials, electrical components, packaging & consumables as per production needs
· Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) to approved vendors
· Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery and order confirmation
· Maintain purchase records, documentation, and vendor database
· Coordinate with stores, accounts, and production team to track material movement
· Support in vendor negotiation for price, quality, and delivery timelines
· Ensure proper documentation for inward materials (GRN, bills, etc.)
· Basic knowledge of procurement processes
· Familiarity with ERP systems preferred
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Excel proficiency & documentation accuracy
· Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
Graduate (B.Com/BBA) – Diploma in Material Management is a plus
