About the Company

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end

  purchase and procurement process

  for engineering components, raw materials, bearings, tooling, and consumables.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop

  reliable vendors and suppliers

  for cost-effective and timely procurement.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve

  best pricing, payment terms, and quality standards

  .
• Prepare and process

  purchase orders (POs)

  and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with

  production and stores team

  to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Monitor and manage

  inventory levels

  to optimize cost and avoid stockouts.
• Conduct

  supplier audits, quality checks, and compliance verification

  .
• Develop cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, resolve supply issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  
• Work closely with the finance team for

  payment processing and reconciliation

  .

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education

  : Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering OR relevant stream.

• Experience

  : 1-4 years in purchase/procurement, preferably in

  engineering/manufacturing industry

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  bearings, tooling, raw material procurement

  is mandatory.
• Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
