Purchase and Procurement Executive

In this role, you will be responsible for purchase bill verification and reconciliation of contracts, managing data related to supplier quotes, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions. Additionally, you will be involved in new vendor sourcing and development, vendor ABC analysis management, vendor onboarding and offboarding, vendor MIS reports preparations, vendor coordination, and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: - Verify and reconcile purchase bills and contracts - Manage data related to supplier quotes - Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage inventory levels for cost-effective acquisitions - Develop new vendors and conduct vendor ABC analysis - Onboard and offboard vendors - Prepare vendor MIS reports - Coordinate with vendors and follow up as needed Qualification Required: - Good communication skills - Negotiation skills - Management skills - Analytical skills - Research skills and a go-getter attitude - Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with a detail-oriented approach The job type for this role is full-time, permanent, and open to freshers.
