Purchase Analyst

As part of the Secure Meters team in Udaipur, Rajasthan, you will be tasked with filling the following position. You are required to have a BTech degree in Electrical/Electronics and Communication/Mechanical/IT or a Masters in Data Analytics. The job is on a roll basis and necessitates 3-7 years of experience in related fields. The compensation will be as per the company's policy. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze spend to guide sourcing and manage cost, quality, and risk. - Maintain supplier relationships via audits, performance tracking, and support. - Optimize inventory using ABC analysis for balanced supply and working capital. - Standardize procurement processes to improve efficiency and compliance. - Reduce costs through negotiations, value engineering, and fewer purchase orders. - Handle IT procurement hardware, software, and services ensuring timely delivery. - Manage Capex procurement for machinery and assets with budget control. - Provide procurement insights via data analysis to support business decisions. Qualifications Required: - Experience in procurement, purchase analysis, or supply chain management. - Excellent communication, relationship management, and vendor handling skills. - Strong analytical and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in procurement software/tools (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.). - Knowledge of inventory management techniques. - Proficient in MS Excel.
