Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Publisher Development Executive located in Gurugram, with some work from home flexibility as a hybrid role. The Publisher Development Executive will be responsible for nurturing relationships with publishers, identifying growth opportunities, creating business plans, managing projects, and driving sales. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends, preparing strategic recommendations, and ensuring the effective delivery of services to maximize publisher revenue.

• Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and strategic planning
• Excellent Communication skills to manage relationships with publishers and stakeholders
• Experience in Business Planning and Sales
• Project Management skills to oversee and execute various initiatives
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in digital marketing or media industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
