Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 online coaching sessions in

  Public Speaking or Communication Skills

• Prepare students for

  debates, speeches, interviews, and presentations

• Help students build clarity, structure, and confidence in their spoken expression
• Convert trial classes into paid enrollments
• Track and report student progress with regular feedback

Eligibility & Requirements:

7.30pm - 1.30am PHT

Technical Setup: Laptop, Pen Tablet & High-Speed Internet

Time Commitment:

Minimum 24 hours per week is required. Flexibility during exam seasons is appreciated.

Training & Onboarding:

Before starting, you’ll complete Mentor Match’s training program covering:

• Conducting demo & paid classes
• Using our LMS (Learning Management System) for scheduling & session management
• Effective online teaching techniques
• Student progress reporting requirements
