Key Responsibilities

• Deliver

  pre-designed public speaking and confidence-building modules

  to students from Class 1 to 8
• Conduct engaging, activity-based sessions including

  storytelling, JAM, role-plays, debates

  , and more
• Track student participation and provide basic feedback and encouragement
• Maintain a supportive, positive classroom environment that fosters self-expression

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Education, or Performing Arts (B.Ed. preferred)
• Minimum 6 months of teaching or training experience (preferably with school-age children)
• Strong spoken English and a confident presence
• Enthusiastic personality with the ability to engage students of different age groups
• Openness to follow structured modules and adhere to Flipped Classroom’s teaching guidelines
