Job Description

Flipped Classroom, is hiring a Public Speaking & Confidence Coach for students from Classes 1 to 8. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, passionate about building communication skills in young learners, and comfortable delivering sessions using pre-designed content.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-designed public speaking and confidence-building modules to students from Class 1 to 8

Conduct engaging, activity-based sessions including storytelling, JAM, role-plays, debates, and more

Track student participation and provide basic feedback and encouragement

Maintain a supportive, positive classroom environment that fosters self-expression

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Education, or Performing Arts (B.Ed. preferred)

Minimum 6 months of teaching or training experience (preferably with school-age children)

Strong spoken English and a confident presence

Enthusiastic personality with the ability to engage students of different age groups

Openness to follow structured modules and adhere to Flipped Classroom's teaching guidelines
