Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with prospective learners in

  German

  via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Understand learners' goals and recommend suitable courses from our platform.
• Convert leads into paid enrollments through effective counselling and follow-ups.
• Maintain records of interactions and leads in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and support team for smooth onboarding of students.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in German sales
• Understanding of different levels of German language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
