About the Role: We are looking for a creative and strategic Public Relations Specialist to manage our external communications and enhance our brand image across media and the public. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with journalists, managing media outreach, crafting compelling press materials, and supporting overall brand reputation efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective PR strategies to enhance the company’s presence and reputation Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, speeches, and other PR content Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers Coordinate and manage press events, media interviews, and public appearances Monitor media coverage and industry trends; prepare reports on PR campaign effectiveness Handle crisis communication and reputation management when needed Collaborate with marketing, content, and social media teams to ensure brand consistency Maintain a positive public image of the company through various communication channels Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field Proven work experience as a PR Specialist or in a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong media relations and networking abilities Creative thinking and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR analytics Knowledge of digital media and influencer marketing is a plus Preferred Skills: Crisis communication and risk management expertise Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of audience targeting Benefits: Competitive salary Flexible work options Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing brand Professional development and growth opportunities Show more Show less
