Public Relations Officer

As a PR & Podcast Manager at our growing media brand, your role will involve managing end-to-end podcast operations with excellent communication, organizational, and networking skills. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting research to identify and shortlist celebrities, influencers, and thought leaders as potential podcast guests. - Managing guest relations by handling outreach, invitations, confirmations, and scheduling. - Coordinating with vendors such as camera crew, lighting, and sound technicians for seamless execution. - Collaborating with production and editing teams to ensure timely delivery of episodes. - Overseeing event management to ensure professional guest experiences. - Supporting overall PR strategy, brand building, and media outreach. To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, PR, Event Management, or related fields (preferred). - Prior experience in PR, event management, talent relations, or media industry desirable. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and multitasking skills. - Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
