As a PR & Podcast Manager at our growing media brand, your role involves managing end-to-end podcast operations with excellent communication, organizational, and networking skills. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research to identify and shortlist celebrities, influencers, and thought leaders as potential podcast guests. - Manage guest relations including outreach, invitations, confirmations, and scheduling. - Coordinate with vendors (camera crew, lighting, sound technicians, etc.) for seamless podcast execution. - Collaborate with production and editing teams to ensure timely delivery of episodes. - Oversee event management to ensure professional guest experiences. - Support overall PR strategy, brand building, and media outreach. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, PR, Event Management, or related fields is preferred. - Prior experience in PR, event management, talent relations, or media industry is desirable. - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and multitasking skills. - Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
