Role Overview

We’re on the lookout for a Public Relations Manager with 2–3 years of agency experience to join our growing team at Aarambh Communications. If you’re someone who loves building narratives, thrives on client interaction, and knows how to get the right media buzz, this role is for you. You’ll be leading exciting client accounts, shaping impactful PR campaigns, and mentoring juniors—all while growing alongside a young, dynamic team.

What You’ll Do

• Take charge of client accounts and drive PR strategies from planning to execution.
• Draft compelling press releases, authored pieces, media notes, and campaign content.
• Build and nurture strong media relationships—journalists, influencers, and beyond.
• Conceptualize and manage media events, brand activations, and press interactions.
• Track coverage, prepare sharp reports, and deliver insights that matter.
• Guide interns/juniors and help them sharpen their PR game.
• Stay ahead of PR and digital trends to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant.
• Be the go-to person for clients—ensuring smooth communication and results that impress.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of solid experience at a PR agency (bonus if you’ve handled multiple sectors).
• A strong media network with proven coverage wins.
• Excellent writing and communication skills—you can make brand stories pop.
• Strategic thinking with client-first approach.
• Comfort with MS Office; familiarity with media monitoring tools is a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without losing focus.
• Team player mindset with a detail-oriented approach.
