Job Description

You will be working with Fundsroom, an online investment platform that provides a range of investment opportunities such as mutual funds, Digital Gold, Real Estate, and Insurance. The platform is user-friendly and technologically advanced, allowing users to invest in various sectors effortlessly. Fundsroom utilizes data-driven analytics and advanced tools to ensure a smooth investment experience for all types of investors, from HNIs to retail investors. The company aims to assist users in selecting the most suitable investment sectors based on their demographics, capital, and interests. In this role, you will be the Campus Relationship & HR Coordinator, responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with colleges and academic institutions. Your duties will involve interacting with college representatives and overseeing HR functions like talent onboarding, intern coordination, and basic HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing young talent and improving employer branding within college campuses. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing relationships with Training & Placement Officers, Deans, and faculty at targeted colleges/universities. - Representing the organization at campus events, career fairs, and orientation sessions. - Developing and implementing outreach plans for internship and fresher hiring programs. - Coordinating agreements, placement proposals, and company presentations with educational institutions. - Overseeing the recruitment process for freshers and interns from college campuses. - Screening candidates and arranging interviews. - Maintaining databases of potential and selected candidates. - Assisting in onboarding and orientation of campus hires and interns. - Supporting documentation, induction plans, and training coordination. - Addressing employee queries related to policies, procedures, and benefits. - Contributing to employee engagement activities and internal communication. Key requirements for this role include: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in campus hiring, HR coordination, or relationship management (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel to colleges locally for interview drives. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools/platforms.,
