About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Campus Relationship & HR Coordinator who will serve as the key point of contact for colleges and academic institutions. This role combines relationship-building with college representatives and the execution of HR functions, including talent onboarding, intern coordination, and basic HR operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nurturing young talent and enhancing employer branding among colleges. Key Responsibilities: Campus Relationship Management Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Deans, and faculty across targeted colleges/universities. Represent the organization in campus drives, career fairs, and orientation sessions. Please make sure to strategize and execute college outreach plans for internship and fresher hiring programs. Coordinate MOUs, placement proposals, and company presentations with educational institutions. 👥 Talent Acquisition (Entry-Level & Interns) Coordinate end-to-end recruitment of freshers and interns from college campuses. Conduct telephonic or in-person screening and coordinate interviews. Maintain and manage databases of prospective and selected candidates. 📋 HR Operations Support Assist in onboarding and orientation of campus hires and interns. Support in documentation, induction plans, and training coordination. Address employee queries related to policies, procedures, and benefits. Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communication. Key Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in campus hiring, HR coordination, or relationship management (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally to colleges when required for the interview drives. Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools/platforms.
