Reputation Analyst

At Mavericks, reputation is not a service.

It is a responsibility.

We are looking for a Reputation Analyst who is curious about business, sharp with execution, and serious about outcomes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn how strong communication shapes trust, credibility, and growth.

What this role is about

As a Reputation Analyst, you will work closely with senior team members to understand client businesses and the impact they want to create. You will help turn strategy into action and ensure work is delivered on time, with care and attention to detail.

You will be exposed to clients, media, content, digital platforms, and influencers. You will be expected to think, not just do.

This role reports to a Senior Reputation Analyst or Reputation Manager, but it also requires ownership and initiative.

What you will do

  • Support account teams in day to day execution across media, digital, content, and influencer engagement
  • Understand client businesses, sectors, and goals
  • Track editorial opportunities and follow up with media
  • Maintain and update media lists and internal trackers
  • Attend client and prospect meetings when required
  • Write clear and effective content for different communication needs
  • Support new business efforts with research and inputs
  • Stay updated on news, trends, and publications relevant to your clients
  • Be a responsible team member and contribute to shared work when needed

  • Strong execution and follow through
  • Thoughtful research, reporting, and analysis
  • Proactive client support and communication
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and improve every day

Broad split of focus

  • Execution excellence around 70 percent
  • Client engagement around 20 percent
  • Learning and business development around 10 percent

What we are looking for

  • One to two years of experience in public relations, digital, social, media relations, or content
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Interest in media, brands, storytelling, and reputation
  • A calm head, sharp mind, and strong work ethic
