Key Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of marquee brands across Beauty, Lifestyle, FMCG, F&B, Real Estate, and Luxury.
• Build and nurture trusted client relationships through strategic counsel and consistent delivery.
• Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with client objectives and industry trends.
• Drive strong earned media outcomes across traditional, digital, and influencer platforms.
• Mentor and guide Account Managers and Executives to ensure high performance and continuous growth.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify new opportunities, lead pitches, and contribute to revenue targets.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and content teams to deliver cohesive, integrated campaigns.

Qualification & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of PR agency experience.
• Proven track record in managing large, multi-sector consumer accounts.
• Strong leadership, client servicing, and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and media relations skills.
• Ability to lead new business pitches and contribute to strategic planning.
