Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager- PTPLocation:NagpurCandidate expectationCandidate must have 9+ years in Procure to Pay -Invoice processing and payment runBachelor�s degree / or Postgraduate. Education: B Com, M Com, BBA/MBA in Finance

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Good understanding of invoice processing / payments/vendor management/master data managementKnowledge of processing PO, Non- PO invoicesExcellent communication skills (oral & written)Exposure in SAP/ MS OfficeEnsuring deliverables are done on timeUnderstanding of SLA / KPI - tracking and reportingEssential to have ERP system hands on experience, preferably in SAP ERP MM Module, Service Now SAP Ariba etc.Team handling & problem-solving skills

Other Key Responsibilities/Functional Support Activities

On boarding & training of new employeeMaintaining the list of team members and org chartManage day to day operational level escalationsReporting of the request processed on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basisMonitor the Teams effectiveness and workload on weekly basisFlexible with shifts as per client requirement
