Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PTG Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI and will work in a hybrid model. This role involves developing innovative solutions that leverage AI technologies to enhance our products and services. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced AI models to enhance product capabilities and improve user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making and innovation.
Design and optimize algorithms for performance scalability and reliability.
Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of AI models through rigorous testing and validation.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy AI models in production environments.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models in real-time and make necessary adjustments.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Generative AI with hands-on experience in developing AI models.
Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java.
Have experience with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Show strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
