Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PTG Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mobile development and will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to innovative projects that enhance our mobile applications driving our companys mission forward.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain mobile applications that align with company goals and user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application performance.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and standards.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to integrate into projects.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless user experience.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement security measures to protect user data and privacy.
Test applications to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements.
Document development processes code changes and project updates.
Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of mobile development frameworks and languages.
Demonstrate experience with hybrid mobile application development.
Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications.
Show proficiency in debugging and optimizing mobile applications.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Be familiar with agile methodologies and development practices.
