The PSOC Manager serves as the cornerstone of the organization's integrated security function, ensuring integrity, effectiveness, and adaptability in protecting the company’s global assets and interests. Based in Bangalore, India, this role demands strategic vision, exemplary cross-cultural management skills, and a proactive approach to security operations to anticipate and mitigate threats across diverse regional contexts. Drawing from best practices in global operations, this position oversees 24/7/365 delivery of monitoring, incident response, and risk management services while bridging operational practices between UK and Indian security teams.

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Oversee Global Security Operations Centre functions across UK and India locations, ensuring seamless 24/7/365 operations including alarm monitoring, incident response, travel risk management, and intelligence services
• Lead and mentor multicultural teams across multiple time zones, providing training, career development, and performance guidance within a culture of continuous professional development.
• Develop and execute strategies aimed at maturing the organization's capabilities in global physical security management, technological integration, and process implementations.
• Establish unified Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that accommodate regional differences while ensuring consistent incident response and crisis management protocols across global operations.
• Maintain integrated technological platforms across regions and drive innovation through appropriate technology adoption, seeking out opportunities that enhance global operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the intelligence team to integrate actionable threat intelligence into security operational practices effectively, with particular focus on region-specific threats and global risk trends
• All other duties, as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or specialized qualifications preferred. Minimum 8 years in security operations, with at least 4 years in a SOC environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are desirable. • Proven leadership in managing and motivating culturally diverse teams across multiple geographies, time zones, and operational contexts.
• Demonstrated experience bridging global business practices and communication styles within security operations.
  
• Strong knowledge of current physical security technologies (CCTV, access control, incident and alarm monitoring software). with ability to evaluate regional technology variations and integration challenges.
• Excellent cross cultural with ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, including executive stakeholders across global business units.
• Advanced decision-making and problem-solving capabilities under pressure, with sensitivity to regional implications of security decisions.
• Analytical mindset for global risk assessment, strategic planning with ability to synthesize intelligence from diverse sources and regions.
• Proactive approach to identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions that respect cultural nuances while improving performance.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups with potentially competing priorities and expectations.
