PS PMO Specialist

As a Product Stewardship Specialist at Clariant, your role will involve coordinating and executing global improvement projects while ensuring excellence standards and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include: - Tracking and updating global Product Stewardship performance dashboards to deliver data-driven reports for effective decision-making - Maintaining regulatory compliance standards and meeting project requirements within specified timelines - Integrating updated regulatory requirements into project planning and delivery while managing emerging challenges - Collaborating with Product Stewardship teams across regions to assess performance data and develop business strategies for continuous improvement To qualify for this role, you should have: - At least 4-8 years of relevant experience - An advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in scientific studies, with a regulatory background preferred - Clear communication skills and project management experience, with an ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels - Experience in process design, optimization, system harmonization, and standardization - Analytical and reporting capabilities - Skills in managing time and priorities, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Experience working in teams and cross-functional environments - Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development - Knowledge of Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) software, particularly Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms In this role, you will be part of an amazing team at Clariant that supports you and offers a culture of innovation and strong portfolio in sustainable technologies.
