Key Responsibilities:

1. Classroom Teaching

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in

  English, Mathematics, Science, and Environmental Studies

  (as per school curriculum – CBSE/state board).
• Integrate

  activity-based and experiential learning

  techniques to make learning interactive and joyful.
• Ensure foundational literacy and numeracy development for all students.

1. Student Development

• Identify individual learning needs and provide

  remedial support

  where required.
• Foster students’

  social, emotional, and creative growth

  through classroom activities and co-curricular programs.
• Regularly assess and track student progress using formative and summative tools.

1. Parent & Community Engagement

• Communicate with parents regarding student progress, attendance, and behavior.
• Participate in

  parent-teacher meetings, school events, and community initiatives

  to strengthen school-community ties.

1. School Activities & Teamwork

• Contribute to

  co-curricular activities

  such as art, music, sports, and cultural events.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to

  design innovative learning modules

  aligned with the school’s mission.
• Participate in professional development workshops and trainings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate degree

  in Education (B.Ed. preferred) or relevant discipline.

• Fluency in English and Hindi

  (spoken and written).

• 1–3 years of teaching experience

  (freshers with strong passion and aptitude may be considered).
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to integrate

  activity-based, technology-assisted learning

• Passion for rural education and social impact.
