Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-primary Educator, located at the Amethi district campus. The Pre-primary Educator will be responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, engaging and interactive teaching methods, and creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment. Daily tasks include conducting educational activities, assessing student progress, communicating with parents, and collaborating with other educators to foster a positive learning atmosphere. Qualifications Experience in early childhood education and child development Skills in designing age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans Ability to assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly Strong communication and collaboration skills Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm in working with young children Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field Prior experience in a pre-primary or similar educational setting is preferred
