Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-primary Educator, located at the Amethi district campus. The Pre-primary Educator will be responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, engaging and interactive teaching methods, and creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment. Daily tasks include conducting educational activities, assessing student progress, communicating with parents, and collaborating with other educators to foster a positive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education and child development
• Skills in designing age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
• Ability to assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm in working with young children
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field
• Prior experience in a pre-primary or similar educational setting is preferred
