Key Responsibilities: Classroom Teaching Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in English, Mathematics, Science, and Environmental Studies (as per school curriculum – CBSE/state board). Integrate activity-based and experiential learning techniques to make learning interactive and joyful. Ensure foundational literacy and numeracy development for all students. Student Development Identify individual learning needs and provide remedial support where required. Foster students’ social, emotional, and creative growth through classroom activities and co-curricular programs. Regularly assess and track student progress using formative and summative tools. Parent & Community Engagement Communicate with parents regarding student progress, attendance, and behavior. Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and community initiatives to strengthen school-community ties. School Activities & Teamwork Contribute to co-curricular activities such as art, music, sports, and cultural events. Collaborate with fellow teachers to design innovative learning modules aligned with the school’s mission. Participate in professional development workshops and trainings. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate degree in Education (B.Ed. preferred) or relevant discipline. Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written). 1–3 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong passion and aptitude may be considered). Strong classroom management and student engagement skills. Ability to integrate activity-based, technology-assisted learning . Passion for rural education and social impact. Desirable Attributes: Creative teaching style with innovative lesson planning . Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and child-centered pedagogies. Willingness to stay in or travel to Kanpur Dehat daily.
