• Create age-appropriate lesson plans that integrate General Knowledge, value education, and experiential activities aligned with NEP and CBSE frameworks.
• Facilitate interactive on-site classes for Grades 1–5, using storytelling, quizzes, and project-based learning to foster curiosity and empathy.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative tools; maintain detailed records and share actionable feedback with parents.
• Establish an inclusive, disciplined classroom environment; model ethical behaviour and reinforce school code of conduct.
• Collaborate with subject leads to organise assemblies, field trips, and interdisciplinary events that highlight civic responsibility.
• Participate in professional development, curriculum reviews, and parent-teacher meetings, ensuring continuous improvement.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification with specialisation in Elementary Education.
• 2+ years classroom experience teaching GK, EVS, or Moral Science at primary level.
• Strong command of English and Hindi for bilingual instruction and reporting.
• Proficiency with smart-class tools (interactive boards, educational apps).
• Sound understanding of child psychology and classroom management strategies.
• Ability to design assessments and differentiate instruction for mixed-ability learners.
  

Preferred

• M.A. in Education or value-based pedagogy training.
• Experience with project-based or experiential learning frameworks such as PBL or Montessori.
• Certification in life-skills facilitation or SEL programmes.
