Job Title: Proto Fabrication and Assembly Supervisor Location: Urla, Raipur, Chhattisgarh Salary: INR 3.6 to 4.2 LPA Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Proto Fabrication and Assembly Supervisor to oversee the prototype development and assembly operations at our facility in Urla, Raipur. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in transmission line towers and distribution gantry/equipment assembly. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate prototype fabrication and assembly activities. Ensure accurate interpretation of engineering drawings and specifications. Oversee the assembly of transmission line towers and distribution gantries/equipment. Maintain quality control standards and safety compliance on the shop floor. Coordinate with design, quality, and production teams to meet project timelines. Troubleshoot issues related to fabrication and assembly processes. Monitor inventory levels of fabrication materials and tools. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in proto fabrication and assembly. Strong knowledge of transmission line towers and distribution gantry/equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication schematics. Good leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of welding, cutting, and assembly tools and techniques. Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or related fields preferred. Work Location: Urla Industrial Area, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
