Urgent Requirement: TLT Design Engineer Location: HIRE RR Ispat (A unit of GPIL), Raipur, Chhattisgarh Salary Range: INR 4 to 5 LPA Experience Required: 23 years in the Tower Manufacturing/Transmission Line Tower (TLT) industry Position Summary: We are urgently seeking skilled and motivated TLT Design Engineers to join our team at HIRE RR Ispat, Raipur. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in the tower industry and a strong command of design tools and documentation processes. This is a critical hiring requirement, and immediate joiners will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Prepare structural and shop drawings using AutoCAD in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. Create accurate and detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and enter them into SAP for further processing. Perform proto checking , validate design accuracy, and finalize structures before production. Handle submission of final design documents to clients and maintain professional communication with clients for approvals, revisions, and updates. Candidate Profile: 23 years of proven experience in TLT design or related structural design roles within the transmission tower industry . Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with SAP-based BOM generation . Strong understanding of structural detailing , fabrication processes, and design validation. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Job Type: Full-time Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Joining: Immediate or as early as possible
