Research, evaluate, and develop vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and transparency. Schedule deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of material requirements at sites.Compare pricing and services to identify the most suitable vendors. Conduct stock auditing at sites and maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate with project team, plant to select right suppliers for all category requirements as per approved specifications. Responsible for Process payments, invoices, and maintain purchase-related documentation. Monitor inventory levels and determine supply needs. Develop new suppliers to bring cost effectiveness & transparency in system. Working experience in sourcing / purchase of building construction materials and other allied products. Good computer knowledge in MS Office Having knowledge in software like ERP, SAP etc., will be an value add.

Role & responsibilities We are seeking skilled Architectural 2D Detailing professionals with a focus on commercial office buildings and residential projects to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing detailed architectural and civil drawings for both types of projects and should work closely with designers, architects, engineers, and production teams to convert design concepts into accurate, executable drawings. Roles & Responsibilities: Architectural 2D Detailing with a focus on commercial office buildings and residential developments . Attend design discussions with Engineers, Architects, and other project team members to ensure design intent is accurately translated into detailed plans. Gather and understand structural, architectural, and material requirements specific to commercial office buildings and residential projects. Review sketches, layouts, and blueprints during coordination meetings, ensuring design standards are met for both residential and commercial properties. Prepare and compile detailed drawings, data, and specification sheets tailored to the execution of office buildings and residential units. Collaborate with project teams to redesign or modify drawings to improve functionality, constructability, and compliance with building codes for office and residential spaces. Finalize AutoCAD drawings/models for execution, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details specific to office layouts, residential units, and common areas. Maintain proper storage and filing of drawings and project records for future reference, ensuring ease of access for future revisions or similar projects. Stay updated with the latest developments, standards, and best practices in the architectural industry, specifically for commercial office buildings and residential designs. Prepare detailed Architectural CAD Drawings (2D and basic 3D) for various project phases. Knowledge of Photoshop or other editing software is a plus for presentation drawings and project proposals. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet deadlines and client expectations. Draft and detail all necessary architectural elements for office buildings and residential projects. Preferred candidate profile. Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D). Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in architectural drafting and building structures. Good coordination and communication skills.
