Role & responsibilities Required Candidates with good communication skills having 3 to 8 years of experience in Material Procurement, Negotiations with the vendors, preparing comparison statement, vendor management, Construction Material Experience in commercial buildings, High rise Buildings Experience, Housing projects Experience. Research, evaluate, and develop vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and transparency. Schedule deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of material requirements at sites.Compare pricing and services to identify the most suitable vendors. Conduct stock auditing at sites and maintain accurate inventory records. Coordinate with project team, plant to select right suppliers for all category requirements as per approved specifications. Responsible for Process payments, invoices, and maintain purchase-related documentation. Monitor inventory levels and determine supply needs. Develop new suppliers to bring cost effectiveness & transparency in system. Working experience in sourcing / purchase of building construction materials and other allied products. Good computer knowledge in MS Office Having knowledge in software like ERP, SAP etc., will be an value add.
