Key Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Analyze RFP requirements, assemble an appropriate response team, and allocate team resources, delegating responsibilities to ensure that the response is submitted by the deadline.

·        Establish project milestones, production schedules, assignments, and deliverables, scheduling and facilitating meetings based on the requirements and specified due dates.

·        With limited supervision or guidance, help pursuit teams identify winning strategies by understanding the buyer’s needs, challenging the status quo, and creating proposals that are customized and tailored to the decision maker.

·        Develop and maintain the proposal content library and a database of information that can be used across RFPs to support future responses.

·        Oversee final document review, assembly, and production – including printing, binding, packaging, and shipping-ensuring compliance with proposal specifications.

·        Search for solicitations primarily on various procurement sites.

·        Manage multiple projects relating to Proposals, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and related items.

·        Develop innovative and creative proposal presentations (digital presentations/videos/interactive PPs and PDFs) to increase our likelihood of winning proposals

Desired Candidate Profile:

·        Minimum of a Degree preferably in Marketing, English, Communications, Business Management, or comparable working experience

·        Excellent Communication Skills- oral and written

·        Ability to articulate, persuasive, compelling when it comes to putting together facts

·        Ownership and collaborating with others

·        Highly organized with strong attention to detail/consistency
