Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Proposal Manager. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for preparing and managing proposals, coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, analyzing RFP requirements, and ensuring timely submission of proposals. Additionally, the Proposal Manager will review and edit proposal content, maintain proposal templates, and liaise with clients for any clarifications or negotiations. Must know water balance, process flow diagram, shod understand water treatment. Must be through with proposal making, cost estimation, deisgn of equiments etc.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and managing proposals, and analyzing RFP requirements
• Strong coordination and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in reviewing and editing content
• Ability to maintain proposal templates and documentation
• Client liaison and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the water management industry is a plus
