Role Description: As a Proposal Maker, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and persuasive marketing proposals. You will work closely with management, translating outlines into engaging presentations. This role requires a blend of creativity, strong communication skills, and proficiency in design tools. You will be expected to present multiple drafts for each project, ensuring the final output perfectly aligns with our brand and objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop high-quality, creative marketing proposals and presentations. • Translate provided work outlines into three distinct draft concepts for management review. • Refine and further develop the selected proposal concept into its final form. • Ensure all proposals adhere to company branding guidelines. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposals. • Maintain consistency in messaging and design across all proposal materials Requirements Candidate should be Less than 28 years. Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations. Experience: 1-4 years of experience specifically in making proposals or presentations. Design Tools: Expert proficiency in either CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator for creating company-branded creatives. Communication: Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar. Education: Graduate in any discipline. Understanding: Some knowledge of marketing concepts such as target audience and target market. Attributes: Dynamic, creative, and possesses a youthful energy. Advantageous: Knowledge of Graphical User Interface (GUI) design is highly advantageous, though not mandatory.
