6. Identify the global team with acceptance from the functional leaders for execution of the project (when we win the contract), covering manufacturing, Project management/ Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal, service & logistics functions.
7. Compile the formal Technical document to suit the tender requirements (compliance report/ product catalogues/Preliminary drawings, Bar-chart/Gan- chart, ITP, QAP etc.). 8. Identify options for managing the extended scope for each proposal where by we add value to our customer & make a winning proposition. 9. Develop winning proposal bids regarding scope, schedule, performance and terms and conditions. 10. Apart from above, any assignments given by the team leader.
