Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To understand and work with our internal proposal design sheet calculations and costing sheet.
Compile quotations and review customer specifications and requirements.
Resolve technical queries with customers.
You will be familiar with and understand technical drawings.
Negotiating sales orders.
Monitor quotation progress with customers.
Carry out routine proposal/project follow ups.
Manage and update CRM database.
Investigate new customer potential.
Assist sales with developing existing customer business and recognising potential sales.
Ensure all quotations meet customer requirements and comply with all EXHEAT specifications and regulations.
Preparation of sales drawings for quotation and approval process using AutoCAD software.
Review customers purchase orders, T&Cs and payment terms prior to acceptance
