Role & responsibilities Issuing of Spares & Repeat bundle quotations to Clients (Including requesting of quotes from Vendors) • Processing client purchase orders for all Spares and Repeat Bundles. • Identifying an opportunity for higher valued quotations and update the manager accordingly. Following up and potentially converting them into orders. • Handling all intercompany Sales Processes which include BOM creation for spares, route cards and works orders, drafting of Contract Review and Preparation of handovers for Repeat Bundles • Creating and issuing SPIRS for document control and clients when required. • Creating Purchase orders direct to suppliers when required. • Handling of site services enquiries with frequent follow ups with Client and ensure this become a confirmed visit. • Travel arrangements for Site Engineers, included liaising with Singapore Travel Agency and booking of hotels to be completed in timely manner. • Issuing of Preliminary and Final Jobpacks for Site Engineers • Completing site invoicing in a timely manner, including ensure that debriefs are being actioned and Engineer report is issued to client on time. • Answering the telephone, directing the calls appropriately and taking down messages. • Provide any necessary clerical and administrative supports for the After Sales Department. • Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks when required Preferred candidate profile Proficient in written and spoken English • Minimum Recognised bachelors degree in engineering preferred • At least 5 years’ experience in order management, customer services for engineer products • Experience with inventory management or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is often preferred • Proficiency in order management software (such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamic) • An organised and structured approach to managing activities, attention to detail and good in problem solving • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
