Job Description

We are seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented professional to join our team

as a Proposal & Bid Manager / Project Manager. The ideal candidate will take ownership of

RFP analysis, manage proposal development, and act as a liaison between internal teams and

external stakeholders during the bidding process. The role also includes preparing detailed

project plans, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with government tendering

procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) and identify key technical and commercial

requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for inputs, follow-up, and submission of proposals

in a timely manner.

  • Prepare high-quality proposals, including technical documentation, project plans, and

commercial bids.

  • Act as Bid Manager to oversee the end-to-end bidding process.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation using tools

like Primavera and MS Project.

  • Ensure adherence to Government of India tendering norms, policies, and formats.
  • Support Agile-based development initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira.
  • Conduct risk assessments and contingency planning for project execution.
  • Communicate effectively in English—both written and verbal—with clients, partners,

and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, or project

management—preferably in a government or public sector environment.

  • Experience with tools like Primavera and MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of Government tendering processes in India (e-procurement

portals, CPPP, GEM, etc.).

  • Experience in Agile project management is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Jira and similar project tracking tools will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
