The ideal candidate must possess strong local market knowledge, an existing client base, and a history of closing residential or commercial deals in Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities :- Generate and convert leads for residential/commercial property sales in Gurgaon. Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients. Maintain an active pipeline of clients and manage end-to-end deal closures. Coordinate with developers, investors, and channel partners in the Gurgaon region. Stay updated on Gurgaon's real estate trends, pricing, and upcoming projects. Requirements :- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in the Gurgaon market (mandatory). Prior experience with a Real estate brokerage firm is a strong advantage. In-depth knowledge of key Gurgaon micro-markets like Golf Course Road, New Gurgaon, Dwarka Expressway, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A strong database of investors, buyers, or channel partners is a plus. Comfortable working with CRM tools and managing sales targets.
