Responsibilities : - Generate and follow up on leads via cold calling, networking, online portals, and referrals Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial properties Schedule and accompany clients for property site visits Negotiate terms and close deals between buyers and sellers Coordinate with owners, developers, and legal teams for seamless transactions Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Desired profile of the candidate : - Proven experience in property sales Excellent negotiation and communication skills Self-driven and result-oriented Must be able to work independently and in a team Familiarity with CRM tools and local property documentation Preferably with own two-wheeler and valid driving license Qualification : - Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred)- not mandatory
